Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Parties hereby irrevocably unconditionally consent to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in any action or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement. This Agreement shall be binding on all the Parties and their respective successors-in-title and assigns.

Limitation of Liability

Not withstanding anything written herein to the contrary, the parties acknowledge and agree that the Chilink shall not be liable for any losses or damages whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential in services or otherwise as may arise in the course of the relationship created by this agreement, irrespective of whether or not the parties have sought legal advice or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.

Intellectual Property Notice

Save as expressly provided in this Agreement; no one has the right, interest or any proprietary rights relating to the services of the CHILINK Content.

Our respect, value and contents of brands and its intellectual property is of top most priority hence the need to demand same on our brand.

Our Intellectual property includes but is not limited to all present and future rights including Name, Logo, Course Materials; inventions and improvement, trademarks (whether registered or common law trademarks), patents, designs, copyright, and corresponding property rights under the laws of any jurisdiction.

All rights in respect of an invention, discovery, trade secret, secret process, know-how, concept, idea, information, process, data, formula, or work product; all work products developed in whole or in part by Chilink.
